JAPANESE CHEFS (JAPANESE CUISINE)
The sushi chef’s responsibilities include preparing traditional Japanese
sushi rice, chopping, slicing, and fileting various kinds of fish, and placing
orders for supplies as needed. You should also be able to customize
customers’ orders according to preferences and food allergy considerations.
Creating a rich sushi menu with various main ingredients and raw fish (for
example, salmon, tuna, unagi) Preparing all types of sushi, including maki,
nigiri and sashimi. Selecting fresh fruits and vegetables to make high-quality
dishes (including avocado, mango and carrots)
ITALIAN CHEFS (ITALIAN CUISINE)
The Executive Chef should be creative and proficient in all aspects of food
preparation. You will be “the chief and maintain complete control of the
kitchen. Responsibilities and Duties Plan and direct food preparation and
