▪️BUILDING ELECTRICIAN(Salary1500-1800)
2-year Il certiñicate in Electrical is a must. Must have Working exp. in a 4 star hotel
Knowledge about planned preventive maintenance.

▪️Carpenter (Salary 1,500-1,800)
ITI certificate in carpentry field Must have min.of 4 yrs.working exp. in hotel maintenance will be preferred.

▪️Technical Supervisor (Mechanical & A/C based) (Salary 1,800 – 2,000)
Diploma certificate in electrical or mechanical engineering. Must have Min 3 yrs. senior technician exp. preferably in a 5 Star Hotel & 5 yrs. exp.in hotel field.

▪️Chiller Plant Operator(Salary1800 – 2000)
Diploma in A/C refrigeration/Mechanical engineering. Must have Knowledge of work order systems Must have Knowledge of High-rise building for A/C distribution systems.

▪️A/C Technician (Salary 1,500 1,800)
Diploma/lTI in A/C refrigeration/Mechanical engineering. Knowledge of High-rise buildings for A/C distribution systems. Must have wide knowledge and skills in repairing different kinds of Air-Cons and Cooling, heating systems
Must have knowledge in trouble shooting Ability to detect damages and malfunctions Must have wide knowledge in package & split type a/c.window Alec, Chiller, refrigeration etc for installation. Know how to change spare parts.

▪️BMS Technician (Salary 1,500 -1,800)
Certificates in fire alarm & BMS system. Qualified tradesman within discipline Knowledge of FLS Knowledge of high-rise buildings Knowledge of work order systems

▪️Driver (Salary 1,400-1,600)
Experience as Driver in 3-4 Star Hotels / Nisk Industry. Valid Saudi Arabia Driving Licence

▪️Life guard / Health Club Attendant (Salary 1,400 1,6000) Health & safety Certiñicate (2-years) CPR Certified, First Aid and valid certificate as Life guard by a recognized source of training Min 3-4 years experience in 4-5 star hotel or equivalent.

▪️Receptionist (Salary 1,300-1,500)
Diploma in Hotel Management is essential 2-3 yrs. exp. in 4/5 Star Hospitality environment. 2-3 yrs. exp. which includes front Office job handling.

▪️IT Assistant (Salary 1,400-1,600)
Diploma in Computer Management. Computer hardware and software systems and programs Computer viruses and securityComputer networks, network administration and network installation Computer troubles hootingE-mail and internet programs

▪️Painter (Salary 1,500 – 1,800)
ITI certificate Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar capacity in a hospitality establishment
