✓HVAC /MEP SUPERVISORS
Degree/Dip (Mech/Elect) 10+ years’ HANDS-ON exp in coordinating, planning, & monitoring the operation, maintenance, & service of equipment like Chillers (Air & Water cooled), Compressors, Pumps, AHUs, FCUs, Fresh Air/Ventilation System, BMS, CCTV/Access Control, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & other related work. Overseeing & Supervising Services including security, parking, cleaning, catering,
technology and so on.

✓SR. CHILLER TECHNICIANS
Deg/Dip (Mech.) 8+ years’ Troubleshooting Repair & Maintenance experience on large Chillers 100TR & above (Air & Water cooled). Exp on Compressors, Pumps, AHUs, FCUs, etc. would be advantageous.

✓HVAC TECHNICIANS
Dip/1TI with 8+ years’ Troubleshooting Repair & Maintenance experience on VRV/VRF, Chillers, Compressors, Pumps, Package/ Split Units, AHUS, FCUs, Fresh Air/Ventilation System.

✓CONSTRUCTION SECTION HEAD (ELECTRICAL)

SALARY: USD 4000-5000 (based on candidate’s profile and overall qualification)

Candidates experienced in Tunnel construction with drill & blast method are highly preferred. Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering At least 15 years of electrical construction experience.

Minimum 5 years proven experience, at similar position, in a railway or road tunnel project, constructed with the drill and blast method.

Good command in English both oral and written.

Should be able to write method statements.

Able to create Cost Control coding system and project budge
sheets

06 minimum years’ experience in relevant field

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

Able to communicate in good command of English speaking and writing

Min.5 years’ experienoe in EPC/Boot projects in cost control role.

Preferably has axperienoe in Mega project/ Power Plants.

Very good knowledge of Primavera, Oracle/Project Management
software.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other software supporting coet corntrol modules
